The house has four bedrooms available for guests (a further bedroom and an office are locked for owners’ private use when they visit, which is never while guests are in residence). Bedroom 1 (27 square metres) has a super king bed. Bedroom 2 (18 square metres) has two king single beds. Bedroom 3 (17 square metres) has a queen size bed. Bedroom 4 has two king single beds. Bedrooms 1 and 3 have reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating. Bedrooms 2 and 4 have heating and all bedrooms have ceiling fans. A baby/toddler cot and high-chair are available on request.
The large, recently modernised kitchen has an induction cook top and electric oven, microwave oven, coffee machine, large fridge and dishwasher. The lounge room has satellite television (VAST) and third generation Apple TV. There is Wi-Fi throughout the house. The kitchen and lounge have reverse cycle air-conditioning/heating.
Between the lounge and kitchen is a large dining room with seating in front of a wood fire.
A large laundry has a washing machine, a large freezer and indoor clothes drying line.
Outside, there is a gas barbeque and three covered patios facing in different directions for sun or shade throughout the day. Down a private track from the back door it is a 15 minute walk or a short drive to the beach.
